What do I do? I am unarmed ... again? From what I saw on the internet I can reassure you that directly or as I heard from authoritative sources , there are 4 or 5 centers in Europe, really bringing the "goose skin", this for real and objective capacity, reliability and professionalism.
Of those 4 or 5 "megacenters" ...without making noise ... I visited their sites ... hum ...What do I do?Should I just faint?
I react, I am back again saying: "... good... good let me say congratulatios all deserved!" But there is an excepetion ,however! I am Elenaaaaa! Yes,I can shout it at the top of my voice... and I will try to describe the tantra as I see and feel it.
Definig correctly what Tantra is, is very hard because it is an extremely diverse practice that mix a particular kind of spiritual teachings with esoteric traditions.
Tantra is a set of old doctrines and practices oriented to wide ordinary state of consciousness:the awareness of this expansion includes all aspects of life,Tantra is the only discipline in which it is accomplished the difficult synthesis of joyous acceptance and liberation. No practice is a technique for expanding consciousness as Tantra , an empirical tool for those looking for something, it's a technique that builds on the framework of life.
A wider awareness includes all aspects of our lives, and precisely in this context, Tantra is the only discipline in which a synthesis between pleasure and liberation operates.

The tantric doctrine is based on the principle that the universe we experience is the manifestation of divine energy that creates and maintains that universe trying to obtain and to direct that energy in the human microcosm.
The Tantra, which in recent times has gained a great reputation, combines body and mind, joy and spirituality, a strong moral base, the daily practice of asanas (positions of the body where there are stability, immobility, lack of effort) for purification of the body and energy channels, concentration exercises and meditation.
Of fundamental importance are the rituals: in the process of manipulation, the tantrista has several tools available.
Among these the Hatha Yoga (a form of yoga based on a series of exercises of psychophysical origins) even with extreme practices that lead to an almost complete control of your body,
the visualization and verbalization of the divine , through mantras (combination of the two Sanskrit words “manas” meaning "mind" and “trayati” that is " to free") and meditation on them, and identification and internalisation of the divine, with meditative practices aimed at a total identification with a divinity.
The Tantra practitioners consider the guidance of a Guru a prerequisite and believe that we can be enlighted also in the worst moral and social conditions: “the dark age” in which we are immersed has many obstacles that make spiritual maturity difficult to reach. For this reason, nowadays,Tantra is indispensable. |
